Jay Heller

Head of Capital Markets, Nasdaq, Inc.


Under his leadership, the team has executed more than 2,700 IPOs, consisting of operating companies and SPAC’s. Some of the world’s most innovative companies have gone public on Nasdaq during his tenure including: Rivian, Mobileye, Coinbase, TPG, Warner Music, Airbnb and GlobalFoundries, just to name a few.


Prior to joining the Nasdaq in 2008, Jay was the Managing Director of Institutional Trading and Sales at American Capital Partners. There he was a partner on the Institutional Trading and Sales Desk, while working with various hedge funds and financial institutions. Jay also has worked as a market marker at Pershing Capital Markets and NDB Capital Markets, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank.



Ruth Jin

Partner and Leader of Investment Funds Practice, Moses Singer


Ruth Jin is a partner and the Leader of the Private Investment Funds practice at Moses Singer. She has 19 years of experience delivering high-quality and business-focused legal solutions to businesses of all sizes and strategies. Her work encompasses a variety of matters, including fund formation, regulatory compliance, exit strategies, private and public securities offerings, forming a SPAC, and guiding portfolio companies for their initial public offerings.  In addition, Ruth has extensive experience advising businesses through all stages of growth from start-up and capital raising right through to initial public offering and their ongoing securities law compliance and periodic reporting.  Ruth is fluent in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, and has rich experiences in cross-border transactions.

Ram Ahluwalia

CEO & Co- Founder, Lumida Wealth


Ram has 20+ years of experience in banking and asset management. Ram is the CEO and Co-Founder of Lumida Wealth - a digital-first Private Wealth Advisory firm focused on Alternatives & Digital Assets. Ram was the founder of Cross River Crypto and was the CEO & Founder of PeerIQ (sold to Cross River Bank) which is a leading provider of data & analytics for the FinTech sector. Ram served as an operating executive at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. Prior to that, Ram was a Management Consultant advising financial services firms. Ram is a CFA Charterholder and earned his BA in Philosophy and Economics from Columbia College. Ram has deep experience investing and operating in FinTech, digital assets, and structured credit.



Elizabeth Corradino

Chair of the Intellectual Property, Entertainment/Media & Technology Practice Group, Moses Singer


Elizabeth A. Corradino is the Chair of the Intellectual Property, Entertainment/Media & Technology practice group, with a diverse practice focused on solving the legal and business issues affecting content creators and distributors across digital and traditional media platforms, including rights acquisitions, development and production, and licensing. She also counsels clients with respect to the clearance, protecting and enforcement of intellectual property.


Liz actively participates in numerous professional organizations such as New York Women in Film & Television, the International Trademark Association and the Association of National Advertisers and is a former member of the New York City Bar Association’s Entertainment Law Committee.

Dianne Gubin

As an Investment Banker and Principal for Capital InVentures, Dianne actively sources deals and raises capital, introducing institutional investors, private equity, VC firms and Family Offices to CEOs and management teams seeking $10 million to over $1 Billion in debt and/or equity financing.


Dianne supports a portfolio of companies in a number of ways including becoming part of the management team, serving on the board of directors, sourcing key executives, and introducing clients and investors.


Concurrently, she is President of Amplify Professional Services Inc, an executive search and consulting agency including senior executive placement, staffing and consulting services across industry sectors, particularly in Information Technology.


Dianne’s highest passion is her work as Co-Founder and Co-CEO of C-Sweet, the premier rapidly growing national networking association for executives in Fortune 1000, middle-market, and fast growth companies.
