Rochelle Nitka joins as a Director of C-Sweet Search and is a seasoned executive with a track record of success in leadership roles at Fortune 100 & 500 firms. Rochelle has held Director and Executive level positions for prominent companies such as Robert Half, Spherion, and On Assignment Inc. Rochelle is recognized for transforming startup operations into thriving multimillion-dollar enterprises, recruiting top-tier management talent, establishing and supervising sales and operations teams across multiple divisions, negotiating strategic partnerships and alliances, and spearheading sponsorship programs. Rochelle has focused on executive search recruiting and business development since 2009.
