Meet your next facilitator

Katharine Halpin, Founder, The Halpin Companies Inc and Principal, ExecHQ

Using The Halpin Method, organizations of all sizes have increased their value by 2-3x by solving leadership and management problems quickly, strategically and profitably. Katharine’s Business Growth model is positioned to help business leaders realize their dream of creating organizations that feed their passion, while influencing their industry, community and employees.

The Halpin Companies was formed in 1995 to fill a void Katharine saw everyday in her CPA career. Business leaders were focused more on the legal and financial aspects of growing their organizations, than the people aspects. Leaders and managers often lose momentum because of the distraction and disruptions caused by 'people issues'. Katharine fixes this.

She has facilitated processes to accelerate the growth of organizations by getting the right people, with the right strengths, in the right roles, focused on the right priorities. As a result, innovation ignites when team members feels safe to step up and speak up.

This innovation drives organic growth. Katharine is passionate about helping others create these work environments that impact whole industries and the economy because one company becomes the ‘employer of choice’ in their community and sector. Katharine is especially passionate about employee-owned companies and has alliances with two national ESOP firms.

Concurrently, Katharine is a Principal in ExecHQ, an Advisory Firm of C-Suite executive advisors with extensive experience delivering beneficial solutions related to complex business problems to CEOs, business owners, Private Equity firms and venture capital firms on an as-needed basis. ExecHQ has over 130 Advisors in the US, Canada, Europe, and India.

Katharine is the author of Alignment for Success: Bringing Out the Best in Yourself, Your Teams and Your Company, and her e-book, The Respond, Not React Playbook both available on Amazon. Katharine’s forthcoming book, What Will That Take? will be published in 2021. She speaks at National and State Conference, virtually and in- person, as well as within her client companies.
