Georgia Zachary

CEO, GMJ Enterprises | C-Sweet Los Angeles Co-Chair


Georgia Zachary is a dynamic thought leader with over 27 years of experience at AT&T (retired) and more than 25 years in real estate. A recipient of the Presidential Volunteer Service Award (2012–2022), she embodies leadership, service, and a deep commitment to empowering women and strengthening communities.

As the former President of Women of AT&T (2009–2016) — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Employee Resource Group — Georgia led transformative initiatives supporting women’s leadership and professional growth.

Her lifelong dedication to community impact includes service with March of Dimes, United Way, City of Hope, Ronald McDonald House, St. Anne’s and UC Santa Barbara’s Women in Leadership Program.Georgia serves on the Board of Governors for the California Science Center/Exposition Park and the City Club Los Angeles.

In 2020, Georgia founded Good Vibes Women’s Business Roundtable, a community dedicated to connecting and uplifting women entrepreneurs through collaboration, mentorship, and shared resources. Additionally, she is a Wine Ambassador for Boisset Wines, where she leads a team of entrepreneurs in the wine industry.

Recognized as a pillar in the community, Georgia has been featured on the cover of Women Lead Magazine and in the Huffington Post for her outstanding leadership and advocacy.

Her guiding philosophy is captured in her favorite quote: “Other people will always have opinions about what you do. But at the end of the day, it’s what you choose for yourself that matters. Be the CEO of your own life.”

She is also the Founder and CEO of four start-up enterprises. Michele Lewis Reeves is a passionate and proven organizational psychologist, executive coach and the founder of Grow by Design Coaching and Consulting LLC. The mission of her organization is to build 3E (Embrace-Empower-Evolve) strategies that elevate businesses to win by tapping into their superpower: people. Michele shares her hard-earned wisdom after three decades of success leading multi-million-dollar business units within large organizations such as Presbyterian Healthcare Services, Raymond James Financial Services, Bank of America, IBM, SAS and the Covey Leadership Center. She has grown community-based initiatives by 75% in every organization touched in the last ten years, broke barriers to build innovative business functions, and led transformational change against social headwinds. She has earned ten awards in the last six years, including a 2018 Black Enterprise Top Executive in Corporate Diversity award, 2019 Albuquerque New Mexico Woman of Influence Award and 2022 New Mexico Diversity Business Leader of the Year Award. Michele resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with her husband.
