Ms. Virginia Sanchez is a seasoned IT Executive with experience in strategic planning, creating cross-functional departments and has over 30 years of experience in implementing technologies in manufacturing, government, banking, and health care industries. .Her extensive career reflects a commitment to driving innovation, strategic planning, and operational excellence in diverse organizational settings. Virginia currently serves as Advisory Board member at Laub Hunt.

Dianne’s career includes over 20 years of B2B sales and account management with Fortune 500 corporations, government agencies, and fast-growth companies. Her work includes selling staffing and consulting services across industries.
Currently, Dianne is President of with Amplify Professional Services providing retained, direct hire and staff augmentation services for IT related projects. Prior to this, Dianne was responsible for business development at a billion dollar staffing agency, as well as a project management company. Earlier, she was the founder and president of Tech Exec Partners, an IT consulting services firm.
With 30 years of staffing experience, Dianne and her teams have placed over a thousand candidates into contract and FTE positions across industries. She has seen thousands and thousands of resumes and knows exactly what it takes for you to land your next position.
Concurrently, she is the Founder and Director of C-Sweet, an organization for women in the C-Suite, including CEO, CFO, COO, CIO/CTO, Presidents, Vice-Presidents, founders and directors, as well as "Women Who Write Checks". Dianne is the former founder and president of Women in Technology International, LA Chapter (WITI-LA).
As a principal in Capital InVentures, as investment banking firm, Dianne actively works with companies seeking debt / equity financing.
