Jennifer is a distinguished beauty industry veteran with over 25 years of experience, who has left an indelible mark on the sector. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, she began her career in fashion before finding her true calling in the beauty world.
In 1994, Jennifer joined Orchard Custom Beauty, a female-founded beauty solutions company, where she has been instrumental in driving the company's growth and success. In 2019, when Orchard was acquired by IBG, she has immersed herself in every facet of the business, from product development and innovation to creative marketing, branding, and management.
