In 1994, Jennifer joined Orchard Custom Beauty, a female-founded beauty solutions company, where she has been instrumental in driving the company's growth and success. In 2019, when Orchard was acquired by IBG, she has immersed herself in every facet of the business, from product development and innovation to creative marketing, branding, and management.
