As women leaders, we spend a lot of time thinking about what our career, businesses, teams and families need from us.

Join OC/SoCal C-Sweet for a candid conversation about the woman behind the title and what it looks like to prioritize our health and well-being while continuing to lead full, ambitious lives.
Our panel will bring together experts across women's health, wellness, longevity, healthy living and communication to explore the bigger picture of living well, now and in the future.
Together, we'll talk about caring for our bodies as we move through different stages of life, making everyday choices that support our health, staying connected to relationships and interests outside of work, navigating caregiving and aging, and becoming better advocates for what we need.
Because our success isn't only about what we accomplish, it's also about creating the health, relationships and quality of life that allow us to enjoy what we've worked so hard to build.
Hosted at Make-A-Wish in Irvine, we'll also get an inside look at the incredible work they do for children and families and have an opportunity to support their mission.
Bring a Backpack
We're asking each guest to bring a new backpack to donate to Make-A-Wish. Their team will fill the backpacks with goodies and essentials for children heading out on their wish trips.
Pick something fun, colorful or special that you'd be excited to give a child heading off on an unforgettable adventure.
You'll walk away with:

Erin Westphal works to improve how we live and age by bringing medical and social care together. With deep expertise in gerontology, aging policy and community-based care, Erin is passionate about helping people think differently about longevity, caregiving and quality of life as we age. Her work spans state and national partnerships, with one important idea at its heart: living longer matters, but so does living well.
Founder | Farmer Jen Organics
Jennifer Gammons-Mujica, affectionately known as “Farmer Jen,” is an entrepreneur, educator and organic gardening expert. After surviving a life-threatening brain aneurysm in her 40s, Jen shifted her career toward health, nature and helping others live well. Today, she designs organic food gardens, small farms and fruit orchards from Las Vegas to Los Angeles and teaches about healthy food, nutrition and reducing toxins in our everyday lives. Her philosophy is simple: it’s never too late to make choices that help you feel better and live healthier.
Founder | Integra Health
Dr. Brock Clements is a fourth-generation chiropractor and founder of Integra Health, an Orange County spine and wellness clinic helping busy professionals protect the body behind the business. Brock works with women across many stages of life, from athletes and executives to business owners and mothers, with a focus on how stress and the demands of a full life can show up physically. His philosophy is simple: sustainable leadership requires a body that can keep up with your ambition.
Technology & Program Leader | LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games
Lynda Murray-Thomas is a strategic technology and program leader who currently leads the Rate Card Program for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games. Throughout her career, she has led complex programs, strategic initiatives and large-scale organizational change. But her leadership story is also deeply personal. After years of putting the needs of work and family ahead of her own, a life-threatening health crisis followed by a stroke forced Lynda to rethink how she cared for herself. She rebuilt her health and developed daily practices around movement, mindfulness and well-being. Today, she brings a powerful perspective on resilience, stress and why taking care of ourselves can't always wait until tomorrow.

Darlene Hawley is an executive leadership and communication coach, speaker and facilitator who helps women leaders find their voice, speak up for what matters and navigate the conversations that shape their work and lives. Her work explores the connection between our voice and our body, helping leaders recognize the physiological sensations that show up when the stakes are high and use nervous system regulation tools to stay grounded, present and able to communicate what they need. As Committee Chair for C-Sweet OC/SoCal, Darlene is passionate about creating spaces where women can have honest conversations about leadership, well-being and putting themselves back on their own priority list.
